I got a letter with several several abnormalities on my blood work can someone explain these numbers?

The CBC indices (HGB/HCT/MCV/MCH etc) all correlate to a relatively mild anemia. You can have iron deficiency anemia WITHOUT internal bleeding, most likely you just need iron pills, dietary supplements. That is by far the most common form, unless you are female and menstruating. The low CRP is not significant, that is why there is no info on it; it is an acute phase inflammatory marker that only is significant when elevated.
