How do you reference and how does this differ from a Bibliography?
A reference list consists of sources that you literally refer to in your text. So, in order to include these sources in your reference list, you must cite them in the body of your paper. A bibliography consists of everything you've read about a particular subject. Most university cles ask for a reference list. There are several ways to reference sources and it depends on the academic discipline you're in. Some common style formats are APA, MLA, Chicago...they all reference and cite sources in different ways. If you know which one your professor wants, just google that type and you'll find examples of how to do citations and reference lists.
