How long will a person that is suffering from mive hemoraging live if the doctors can't operate?

my mother has platelet count of 5 an she is in a coma she has acute mylodisplastic sydrome and her spleen is taking her platelets or red blood cells im not quite sure it's so much wrong with her not to mention she has left side heartfailer
