What are my chances getting my daughter back??

In the year 2004 I signed parental rights to my Aunt because I was financially unstable, with the understanding once I was on my feet she would cancel the guardianship.. well now she wants to fight for her in court. I have been stable, never was on drugs, DHS was never involved, no criminal records. I have a clean slate. The only thing I am guilty of is having a suspended liscense, and my past of being inconsistent with a job and home.. that has changed. I have had my home and job consistently since the beginning of 2006. I have a court hearing in the next month and I would like some opinions on my chances.
