What happens after giving birth?

i am 25 weeks pregnant , being 19 and not having any children yet , i am completely clueless on what happens after the birth . does the umbilical cord come right out of you ? do you start bleeding right after the birth ? do they clean everything ? and how long do you stay in the hospital ? does the baby stay in the room with you ? and can the father stay too ? anything you could tell me about after the birth would help give me an idea . i know you feed the baby in the hospital and the nurses show you how, but who takes care of the baby while your resting , do you change the diapers and everything while in the hospital ?
