Are the drugs messing up my memory?

lately ive been having BAD memory loss like i cant recall anything thing that happen in my dreams i think really happened i could not tell you what happened all day yesterday im just forgetting everything ive been on allot of drugs lately an i no they can delete memories from your child hood but i didn't no i couldn't remember 5 hours ago!could i actually have memory loss or is this drugs doing this to me im only 16 the drugs i do are smoke cigarettes huffing coke and Ecstasy.i really need to no why im losing my memory please help
