Where would Europe and white people be if it were not for the forced labour of black Africans?

Sorry to burst your bubble, and I understand where you're coming from. It's not just the black Africans that made Europe. Just talking about the Uk: there were the very hard-working and very impoverished English people working in slavery in mills and workhouses all through the UK as well as working the land, and many of them died of disease and malnutrition. There have been many immigrants that made the country what it is now, helping international commerce etc. And don;t forget all the UK citizens putting in their efforts to make England what it is. The same goes for the rest of Europe too. I am not condoning in the least the slavery that happened, it was horrific and inhumane. At the same time you shouldn't think that is the only thing Europe was built on!
