Project Blue Book is nothing new and is well doented.... Not quie sure what your question relates to. Do I think its true? Not really, flying saucers were never reported untill the silent movies of the 20's depicted men from mars, although many people will qute from the "charriot of the gods" range of books by Von Danoggen (sorry for spelling) but this is very inconclusive.
