Can you give a bath to a 3 month at night?

I warm up my baby's room to a comfortable temp. A temp she will be warm at undressed. If it is really cold, skip the head if it doesn't need to be washed. After the bath, lay her down and use a lavendar baby lotion and mage him from head to toe, dress him warm, wrap him in a blanket and read him a book. This worked for my little one.
