Anyone know of any good litigations lawyers pertaining to copyright infringement?

Recieved a summons from out of state from state of california for copyright infringement in which I did not commit. I have recieved legal counseling that it would be in my best interest to settle instead of fighting this thing out in court. I agree. I am on a budget a single mother and raising two children. Just want to settle instead of going to court. Don't want this to affect my record or my job because the job I have requires a clearance and if I get civil actions against me there is my career and everything that I have worked for down the drain. Any great references for affordable lawyers that could get me an reasonable settlement?
