I need a bunch of recipes please!?

I'm making my mom a cookbook for Christmas (along with some other things) and I'm looking for any and all recipes. Please contribute your favorites, nothing specific that I'm looking for; just nothing extremely difficult. Post as many as you would like, I want to fill this up!
