If you don't believe in the Bible, can it be considered as a book of morals anyway?

Umm...sure, but my advice *would* be to believe in the Bible. Just start reading it, without a judgemental attitude, and maybe God will start using it to speak to you. Your "book of morals" might be a little more helpful than you thought it might. Just, don't take little pieces of it and twist them into your ideal ideals.
