Strange Dream & Waking up With Side Effects

the Dream starts off in my old home town and i am riding around on a scooter. (like the ones you stand on and push like a skateboard) then i am on a path going up a very steep hill. i am not working very hard to get up it though. Then i am in like a courtyard setting at a apartment complex. the building is cut in half and you can see into all the rooms kind of like snakes and ladders. There is someone inside a familiar room who i recognize. He is being hared by drug dealers. I climb this pole to get into the room. I fend off these guys with some unknown karate skills. I am in my kitchen pantry now and cornered in there by the head dealer. He is a big guy who seems very understanding. He pulls out a gun and asks me to join him for lunch. I comply with the request and we get a cab to town. once inside the cab there is no car. it is just a bed. his legs are over top of mine and very heavy. We were are talking about why he is going to kill me and why my friend is in trouble. We get to a sushi place and have lunch.we had a very civilized conversation and he seemed very understanding about the situation. then he stands up and pulls out a six shooter. I beg him not to kill me. i watch him load the gun, and my heart begins to race and i am sweating and trembling in fear. he puts one bullet in the gun and loads it one past the barrel. and quickly pulls the trigger. i seen that the bullet was not loaded properly and a huge sigh of relief comes over me. then i a blur he reloads; my adrenalin shoots up and shoots me between the eyes. i feel a sharp pain in my face and everything goes black. i keep trying to open my eyes but i can't. complete black i don't remember a thing. I wake up but i still cannot open my eyes. I know i am awake now still cannot open my eyes. i can feel blood running down my face and then i open my eyes. the room is spinning and i cant move my body. everything is tense. my heart is still racing and i am in a cold sweat. slowly i regain control of body and slowly sit up. i bring my hand to my face and see blood. My nose is bleeding, i have a mive head ache, i am shaking, completely distraught and scared. this dream has happened 4 sleeps i a row now. i do not use drugs or drink or smoke. any suggestions?.
