Why is Obama visiting Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery on Memorial Day and not Arlington Cemetery?

Change. Make history. Blah, blah, blah. He is undoing traditions and he prefers international laws to our own. The citizen of the world wants the world to view him as someone exceptional in attitude that fits the global aims rather than those of the US.
