How do I get through Stark Mountain in pokemon diamond?

i dont mean how do you get to it, i'm already in it, i mean how do you get to the end of it. Basicly i need a guide on how o get from the place where i team up with Buck. the the last room of the cave where the magma stone is and supposedly Heartran appears the seccond time you visit the cave. i'm stuck in the first room with Buck where i cant use rock climb. so if someone could post directions or maybe a website on instructions to actually get through the cave, that'd be great.
