Has anyone had an undersized fetus?

Just talking about the Uk: there were the very hard-working and very impoverished English people working in slavery in mills and workhouses all through the UK as well as working the land, and many of them died of disease and malnutrition. There have been many immigrants that made the country what it is now, helping international commerce etc. And don;t forget all the UK citizens putting in their efforts to make England what it is. Date From Hell?

Wow! That certainly was the date from hell. My date from hell was with a man who I don't recall how we met, I tried to forget as much as possible about him and mostly I've succeeded. He asked me to meet him on a very busy street, and like an idiot I did. We were going to my best friends for dinner. The car he picked me up in was completely smashed in on the penger side and I had to get in on the drivers side. It made a lot of noise and I was very embarressed to be seen getting in it. We went to my friends house where he proceeded to try to eat and drink her out of house and home. She cut him off from the wine bottle, since he was drinking more than her, me and her date. His table manners were atrociaous and he was extreemly rude. Never once a please or a thank you. When we left he took me to his home which he shared with an uncle, parked in the driveway and tried to 'get some' in his beat up car. I demanded he take me home and while driving, he hinted he was about to drop me off in a really bad neighborhood as we rode. I held my tongue in fear of not getting to my house. When he finally dropped me off I quickly climbed over him to get out of the car and told him never to call me again. Shortly after that, I began to recieve a lot of obscene phone calls. The perpetrator mentioned my large, chocolate and how firm they looked. I then realized it had to be someone I knew. I guessed it was probably him and asked angrily, "Is this John?!" He hung up and I never recieved another call like that again, indicating to me it had to have been him. He was quite the slime ball and truly, THE DATE FROM HELL!!.

Sliders on a 250R ninja?

certain sliders are made for that specific bike type, go to a kawasaki dealership they should have sliders available and will install it for you (for a fee of course), and if there isnt one around you, you can buy some online (just google sliders for ninja 250r), and as long as the dealership is certified to work on kawasakis they can install it for you. But yeah sliders are basically cylinder tubes that protrudes out of the bike, so if the bike falls on either side it will land on the sliders and minimize and or eliminate possible scratches the bike would've received with out the sliders. On the 250 there is a gap shaped like a boomerang that is usually where the sliders are placed. Its a good buy everyone drops their bike at least once (especially their first bike). *edit* for instance i dropped my first bike the 2nd day after i got it XD lol.

I was in the MN Army Guard, and then the AF- I did basic for both because my AF recruiter was a SrA and a single father of young children and in the middle of a PCS so he didn't get the paperwork to waive my AF basic tng in. I didn't find out until I was 3 hours from home waiting to ship out- so instead of going back home and waiting forever on the waiver I just went. I never did see that- but I wouldn't doubt it any!! when we did kitchen duty it was really just doing dishes and trash and stuff- to be honest with you I can't remember doing kitchen patrol at all- although I was a great at getting beds in line. You know what was funny- since I had experience I helped some of the others get their lockers ready for inspection because they begged. They get almost perfect and I got crapped all over even though I just kinda threw their stuff together and took time on mine, go figure! Who would think I would miss those days..........

I can't seem to get over my drinking habit and it's tearing my life apart?

I personally don't think I drink that much. The thing is that due to past experiences I try hard to forget it by drinking fast and aggressively. It helps me handle the pain and trauma of my childhood. My girlfriend recently left me because of my drinking. She said that she cant handle seeing me destroy myself. i got kicked out from uni for drinking, too much and not studying. i used to be smart enough to get into meds school but i dont know how to handle my past. i really want to heal but my mind is clouded with strong memories. i tried counselling when i was younger, my mother made me stop. when i got older, i tried again, but this time the counsellor herself said she can't help me. so no, i can't go back to counselling again, its already hard enough to talk about this as it is i cant afford another let down. i dont really have a question. i think im becoming more and more desperate with whats been going on and now its too late for me to do anything about it.

Can someone please help me with a question regarding anterior talofibular ligament sprain?

For the past few weeks, I've had this unbearable pain in my right ankle. I just thought it was because of how many hours I stand on my feet all day at work. I just thought it was just for a few days and then will go away. But it's just getting worse. I stand on my feet 5 days a week for 10 hours straight (hostess) I do tend to put all my weight on one side, I switch sides from left to right, right to left. It does get uncomfortable to just stand up straight with putting your weight evenly between both legs. I can't lean or slouch or anything. I recently joined the gym and this painful ankle is really stopping me from achieving the best workout. I foot always feels tight and cramped, but it's never swollen. I did some research about what part of my ankle hurts exactly and I came up with this 'anterior talofibular ligament' So....I am uming I sprined it or tore a ligament. I really cannot afford to see a doctor/podiatrist. I have no health insurance. I always elevate my legs when I get off work and at night when my ankle is really bothering me, I apply warm compresses. I am at loss for what this can be caused from, but I am uming it's from my job...standing all day and not having the money to get really really comfortable shoes. I just bought some dr scholls inserts but they really didn't help out much. Can someone please help me and figure out what this can be? Thanks in advance to all those who answer.

Am I the only one who hates trendy, purposely misspelled names?

I prefer it when names are spelled correctly. I understand people wanting to be original and all, but all the cutesy different spellings come off very trailer park & not very sophisticated, or even worse, that the parent was too dumb to know the correct spelling of the name! There's a book, "Freakonomics" written by Steven Levitt an economist, there's a whole chapter on names & what they signify and weird spellings of names are typically given by uneducated or lower cl parents. It also went on to explain how popular names trickle down through the social economic status. For instance Madison, Ethan, Mackenzie, and started out as "high end" names a few years back when upper cl parents gave to their kids, now it's popular with the mes & in 5-7 years all the lower cl people will be naming their kids that with more muddled up spellings, of course. For instance, at one time Crystal was a very "high end" now it's a stripper name. The name Britney is headed that way already!

Jeep won't start, can not figure out why?

SHY GUY PROBLEM- help please its driving me crazy!?

ok, there's this guy in my cl that sits in front of me and i've liked him for a while now. I think he knows because my friends have made it pretty damn obvious around college when he's nearby going ooo go and talk to him! he's really shy and we've only really said hi and smiled, but he turns around quite often in cl usually when the teacher comes over explaining something as though it's an excuse n he's just deadly silent as though he is waiting for me to say something, but i'm just as shy! the other day in cl he was sat on my row and i was speaking to my friend and he was sat next to her and i saw him in the corner of my eye looking at me so i looked at him and he quickly turned away and i think he blushed slightly- He also always does this when he's turning around ( i look up and he quickley snaps his head forward) He's also eavesdropped my conversations loads of times and once i heard his friend go "eavesdropping again!" Once i was sat in the library on my own and i looked up and he was walking past staring at me. I speak to my friend who sits next to him and he sorta joins in but never directly looks at me or says anything to me he just laughs along, but never looks straight at me. Also when we've said hi we've made deep eye contact for a few seconds, maybe because this is the only time we've actually directly looked at eachother and i said hiya n he went hi ded quickly as though he was shocked to see me. I seriously doubt its a weak fuel pump. If it were a weak fuel pump the problem would not go away simply by adding fuel but would be there no matter the fuel level as long as it could pump. My experience with fuel pumps is they either work or dont. It could be either trash in the fuel tank or an inaccurate fuel gauge. Good Luck!!

QUESTION ON PRESSURE?

hi okay, so for our chemistry cl, we are doing an experiment on pressure, and so we have 4 beakers, with the exact same amount of water in each, and we freeze all of the beakers. then we put them inside a bell jar, and pump it inside with a syringe, so that the pressure decreases. there was one wich we just left outside, our control, most pressure, one that we pumped 2 times, another pumped 4 times, and another pumped 6 times. in the end, the less perssure, melter faster. so our control was the one that melted the slowest, so the more pressure, the slower it melts, why is this? please explain in terms of chemistry or science THANKS

Teenage Traveling...not technically?

i'm in 8th grade and 14...but really. my physical appearence and my personality is one of a 10th grader or older. but anyways. my dad lives and works at guatemala city, and every year (summer) we go for a trip to retreat from our world. BUT! this year, my mom can't go since we're moving and she has a church trip to nicaragua. SO, the plan was to stay at my dad's apartment and learn with a tutor. but since no mom. it equals no food and more boredom and loneliness. so the other option is going to ANTIGUA, GUATEMALA to learn spanish. i will be staying with a host family with meals, and everything else. i have no fear so sleeping and stuff is no worry. and i'm pretty confident in living on my own for 2 months and coming to guate city for church on weekends. but my sis just got back and said im too young and most are 17+.. so, everyone says im too young. but what should i do?

Long term relationships are tough, I am currently in one as well. I know that the idea of leaving your current girlfriend for one that you see more often may sound appealing, but you must weigh the options first. All relationships take work, especially when you don't get to see your loved one all the time. Before you even think about leaving your current girlfriend, try putting that spark back in the relationship. Take her out on a very romantic date or even a small trip together. I think that people sometimes just get a little to pessimistic and need to look for the good in every situation. you need to remind yourself why yo'u are in a relationship and put that spark back in your life.

Try/Catch/Throw and iss problem. Please help!!?

I am trying to read in several lines, each should have exactly 5 pieces of data. I am using try/catch/throw to determine if the data is in the correct format, and trying to use iss to separate the parts. This is my first time using both, and I am missing something obvious. Firstly, by debugging, I found that the first piece of data is being checked in the second case, giving me errors. Through the sixties and seventies people could actually make top dollar and mean something in the music industry for playing music. Now it seem like all people want to see is image. When was the last time that a legitimate virtuoso guitarist or pianist or drummer really meant something in the music industry? Now it's all pop singers that are all appeal, sub par indie acts that are pseudo jaded about music, rappers that care more about money than music, and obscure metal sub-genres that focus mainly on screaming over a monotonous cacophony. What happened to people that could get on stage and play an instrument insanely well without a crazy outfit on or a political or social stance or having to stick to a certain image. Nobody that sells in the mainstream does that, what happened to people like Jeff Beck or Donald Fagan or Chick Corea or Les Claypool? Where are this generations musicians??

Strange Dream & Waking up With Side Effects

the Dream starts off in my old home town and i am riding around on a scooter. (like the ones you stand on and push like a skateboard) then i am on a path going up a very steep hill. i am not working very hard to get up it though. Then i am in like a courtyard setting at a apartment complex. the building is cut in half and you can see into all the rooms kind of like snakes and ladders. There is someone inside a familiar room who i recognize. He is being hared by drug dealers. I climb this pole to get into the room. I fend off these guys with some unknown karate skills. I am in my kitchen pantry now and cornered in there by the head dealer. He is a big guy who seems very understanding. He pulls out a gun and asks me to join him for lunch. I comply with the request and we get a cab to town. once inside the cab there is no car. it is just a bed. his legs are over top of mine and very heavy. We were are talking about why he is going to kill me and why my friend is in trouble. We get to a sushi place and have lunch.we had a very civilized conversation and he seemed very understanding about the situation. then he stands up and pulls out a six shooter. I beg him not to kill me. i watch him load the gun, and my heart begins to race and i am sweating and trembling in fear. he puts one bullet in the gun and loads it one past the barrel. and quickly pulls the trigger. i seen that the bullet was not loaded properly and a huge sigh of relief comes over me. then i a blur he reloads; my adrenalin shoots up and shoots me between the eyes. i feel a sharp pain in my face and everything goes black. i keep trying to open my eyes but i can't. complete black i don't remember a thing. I wake up but i still cannot open my eyes. I am going on a fishing trip up to Ontario this summer, around early July. Ive never done any serious pike fishing before, other than on occasion when i was little. We used to catch small 5-10 lb ones in the shallow lilly pads, but i know there were bigger ones out there. Whats the difference between the Clorox and Lysol sanitizing wipes and the disinfecting wipes?

They are both good...but there is a difference. Clorox has bleach which kills all the bacteria which should always be used when cleaning. I went to school to be an OR Tech and they showed us a movie where they used a ultraviolet light to show bacteria after everything was clean and you would be surprised what showed up. I always clean with bleach. But in a fix Lysol is good for spraying door handles, telephones etc. Hope this helps you out!

Boyfriend Problems...Please Help?

My boyfriend recently sprung upon me that he wanted to go on a break. He said that he needed space and time for his friends....and that I needed to find myself a bit too. Child custody over a two year old?

I have a two year old daughter. Her biological father has and plans on never paying child support for her. My husband is in the Navy and would like to adopt her. Seeing as he would make more income and she would be under medical it would be in her best interest and would make our family much happier if he did. Although the biological father will not pay for child support he wants to see her. Although his intentions are far from heart felt. He wants to see the child only when its convenient, and has been known from my own personal experience for being abusive and has three charges of battery previously. In one incident he was out of jail for a home visit and I aloud him to spend the weekend with his daughter. He failed to bring her back when asked, lied to me about there whereabouts and didn't return my phone calls. Being a mother I searched high and low. Went to his house. Called the cops but at this point in time I had no rights to take her back since he was on the birth certificate he had just as much rights as I did when the child is in your own custody. So after he got incarcerated again I got my daughter back and haven't let him take her since. Which he is throwing a fit about and refuses to get child visitation. I'm moving in approx. four months and would like to have something done. Obviously he isn't going to start paying child support and I don't trust him to take her off anymore. I would like to get full rights and let my husband adopt her, as I see this would be the best potential life for my daughter. How would I go about this? Or could I?

Carnival is great, provides lots of entertainment, but I think Norwegian Cruise Lines are better than Carnival. For ROMANCE between you and your boyfriend, I think that you should not go on Norwegian. For Romance, I think Princess or Royal Caribbean would be the best choice. Royal Caribbean has Interior rooms that are very "small" and have lots of royalty. Perfect.

In my opinion, I think that you should contact one of your school teachers or like mentioned above say something to your guidence councelor. It probably is something innocent but these days you can never tell. That was a good idea concerning the year books. Maybe you can go to the school library and see if they have year books that you can view that covers everyone in the school. If you haven't found him yet and the guidence councelor comes up with zero, it could be your young man may not even be enrolled at that school. It wouldn't be the first time that that has happened. Perhaps he has plans for you. You probably should go into defense mode. It may be he is someone trying to play a crude trick on you but don't take the chance of winding up being a cheeseburger sandwich on his plate. Tell your friends about him so that they can be watching out for him and you. I don't condone this but maybe you should think about the next time he comes up and says something like that throw a fit with everyone watching and I believe he will try to get lost in the crowd like he did before. Take note of all your friends who saw your display and tell them what it was all about and if they would go with you to give descriptions of the boy. I am not trying to scare you. I am trying to get you to be aware of your surroundings so it would be harder for him to approach you. Chances are it is nothing really to worry about but you never know. Say something to your parents so that they are alerted to this boy and should you be late that they may consider going out looking for you. Okay. About 28 years ago I was working at a place that had a fence around the whole property. The owner had an old car, junker at the back of the lot. In good weather I used to go to the back of the lot beyond the junker to sit under a tree to have my lunch. One day I noticed movement under the junker. Checking it out it was a pup. I called to it but it would not come out from under the car so I tossed my sandwich under and went back inside. The next day I went out and looked for the pup. It was there and was watching me from the under the car, still would not come out. I had brought an extra sandwich and tossed it to the pup. It wouldn't come out and get it till I left. That evening I bought a few cans of dog food. I started giving the dog a dish of food and talking to it from under the tree while I ate. The pup got to where she'd come out and eat as long as I sat still. After feeding her for a little over a week she started coming to me when I called. She was so thin she wasn't as thick as my hand from palm to back. When she walked her back end kept falling over. I thought she was injured or crippled. Turned out she was just weak from not eating for who knows how long. After she ate for two weeks she could walk okay. I decided to take her home. She was obviously blind in one eye but that didn't seem to slow her down. The day I took her home we stopped of at a vet first because I had kids and a cat and didn't want to take home diseases or anything. The vet examined her. She was malnurished still and still thin though not quite as thin. She had been physically abused. But he said she was healthy despite it all. Living with her it became obvious she had been beat with brooms & mops and burned with cigarettes. She ate good, gained weight. She was fearful for a long time. If any picked up a pack of cigarettes she ran and hid, same if you tried to sweep a floor. Eventually she overcame her fears and trusted us. She was one of the most friendly and loving dogs I ever had. I had her for almost 17 tears before I lost her, She was the Sunshine of my life. I will forever miss her.

How to start again, Re entering the Christian faith?

Well over the last two weeks I've been going out with this girl and she's Christian and I'm sure all of u know how that's supposibliy works out since I am not officially Christian, Before I was with her I was like a sinning machine, I took the lords name in vain so many time and I did so many things that can be considered sins but while Ive been with her over the last 6 months or so and getting to know her I wanna give up on this, I wanna go back to the way I was in 5th grade when I prayed before bed and thanked god for things and went to church, Im not doing this to be with her it's just recently that someone brought that to her attention and she says she isn't going anywhere and i believe her but when I think about it I could drag her down and that's something I don't wanna do and while I thought about that I had a few thoughts of how much mor secure I used to feel when I did all those things but now everymorning I feel like crap so last night I made a decision I'm going to start going to church again and Im going to go get a new bible and start reading it, Last night I decided to Start by taking an hour to pray before I went to bed, I asked for forgiveness on alot of things and asked for some guidance because I really do think I'm on a bad road and maybe she's the one who's supposed to set me straight, So I woke up this morning and felt amazing I haven't had any trouble once or had a problem doing anything that people asked me and I even started reading the bible at lunch and it didn't frustrate Me as usual, I had a dream about my grandmother last night and she was talking to me and telling me something about coming to see her and she's been dead since i was around 6 or 7 and she was the one who used to go to church with me every Sunday and taught me to pray and everything so what do you guys think? What all do the PX stations on base sell? if It helps at all I'm being stationed at Ft jackson for BCT and Gordon for AIT. In my project backend is in vc++ and front end(GUI) in java-servlets.Using the vc++ coding i am opening a hyperterminal(*.ht file).I want to include this opening terminal in my GUI which is browser based.So that while clicking a on in the GUI which inturn invoke the vc++ exe that generates the *.ht file and it will be embedded in the browser page.

Recieved a summons from out of state from state of california for copyright infringement in which I did not commit. I have recieved legal counseling that it would be in my best interest to settle instead of fighting this thing out in court. I agree. I am on a budget a single mother and raising two children. Just want to settle instead of going to court. I reicieved a form 1099-A from a mtg co that only held 20% of the loan?

My mtg on this property was 100% finance.It was an 80/20 mtg. The mtg co that sent me the 1099-A held the 20% so box 2 is way less than box 4 ...however if you added what I owed to the 1st bank when the property was forclosed it was about $40,000 over the amount in box 4. The bank with the 80% sent me nothing. What does this mean??? Will I have to pay tax on the amount in box 2??? HELP!!!

I was wondering who do you think is right?

Me and my friend made plans to hang out on Oct. 17 in September. We were going to go out with both my sisters both of which have babies one of my sisters is also married. Me myself work and go to school. My friend only has a part time job. Needless to say me and my sisters and my brother in law are very busy but we all decided to take time to hang out and go out that night together. I decide to find out everyone’s schedule for Oct. 17 three days before to find out if work schedules changed if babysitting plans changed so we could adjust ourselves accordingly. Everyone replied and told me what was going on but my friend so I thought oh well I will try again tomorrow. I tried again the next day as many times as I can (on every break at my job). One time I did call 3 times in a row because I only had a short amount of time to get things planned. I decided to wait before trying again so I tried again that night around 7:25 because I knew if he was at work the latest he would have gotten out at 7:00pm. The message I left goes as fallowed “Where have you been” I waited about an hour in a half for a reply and got none by now I was upset because this is two days without hearing if he is going to go or not or what’s what. So I left another message stating “You’re not being a good friend”. In about another hour I now realize that he doesn’t respect me so I sent him a message stating “You don’t respect me just forget about me I am done” (I was in a rush what I meant was I am done trying to contact him that night). The next day still no reply so I left one more message stating “If you keep ignoring me I am not sure I want to be your friend”. After I got off of work his grandmother asked me to drop off his hard drive I was barrowing when I got there he was just staring to drain the swamp cooler. He explained to me that I was being rude that I sound like a wife b#tching at him. I asked how and he referred to the you don’t respect me message. I wanted to tell him if your wife ever has to tell you, “You don’t respect me” that’s bad and same goes for friends respect is based off of respect. He then said he was too upset about the thing going on in his life (job, bad girlfriend, family) that he didn’t want to reply to me. (He is a 21 year old man I think he should man up I only hear of girls acting like that) Fact is the only reason why I was getting upset about him not replying is because I am scheduling 4 people not including myself.
